Requirements
Create a compelling, eerie and provocative music video for Lael, a musical artist, seeking to reinvent her image. Integrate a modern, dark, and edgy aestheticism into the the music video, while establishing a connection between the song’s theme and video’s visuals. Complete shooting within a two day timeline.
Solution
Stack the crew with Vancouver’s best stunt, camera, and rigging professionals, able to execute the difficult camera rigs and specific stylized movements evident on screen. brought the song’s theme of “crazy” into the video’s predominant setting inside of an abandoned mental asylum. Reenforced Lael’s darker image by having her haunt the world of the music video as an active, unsettling force. Completed production within the two days allocated and handed the final cut over by the deadline, receiving an overwhelmingly positive reception from the client upon delivery.
