Requirements
Bring the client’s vision of a fun, disco-glam roller rink music video into fruition. Have the client, Victoria, a 16 year-old pop star, front and centre. Find and bring in an experienced crew equally as dedicated to the vision for the music video as Victoria. Complete all location, set preparation and filming in one day.
Solution
Brought in an experienced art team, that gave life to and supported the client’s vision. Selected a team of talented lighting technicians all of whom were determined to nail the disco-glam vibe promptly. The strong team of assistant directors and coordinators ensured that the multiple talent involved remained in harmony with the various setups and different wardrobe changes needed. Using a steadicam for a free flow in movement, combined with the practiced choreography and Victoria’s new found roller-skating skill, shooting was achieved within the required timeline.
