Internationally execute pre-production of a high fashion stylized music video in Los Angeles, USA, while located in Vancouver, CA. Complete all filming in Los Angeles within the two day shooting period.
Solution
Lock down new shooting locations after the original locations booked in Los Angeles cancelled on the last day of prep. Rework the scope of the music video the day before shooting starts, due to the initial locations backing out at the last-minute, whilst maintaining the client's & Director's approval and the creative vision’s integrity. By utilizing the resources available to them, the producers and pre-production team scouted and secured new locations within the last day of prep, therefore preventing any delay or impact during the production stage, and successfully delivering a high quality product that satisfied the client within the required timeline.
